Ratings and reviews

The app makes it really easy to check your E-ZPASS balance and recent activity. It's also easy to change vehicle / license plate info, which is great if you suddenly add vehicles due to an accident or other short term situation. Overall, it's a good app. My only complaint (not the app's fault) is that the over-reliance on acronyms for toll locations can make it hard to decipher where a toll was incurred. This can cause problems when expensing tolls. An acronym glossary would help.

Not bad anymore. However every now and again it still makes me get a code from the devixe its registered from which is my dads. It's not terrible but it is quite annoying when I just wanna reload for myself and go. So it would be nice if the app remembered the devices because it is inconvenient that I have to keep getting the code to "Trust the device".

This app is trash!! I frequently travel to/from the state for work and personal reasons. It doesn't make sense for me to get state level ezpass so I rely on the app. What is the point of an app if I can't enter basic required info to access my account via license plate?? Each update is something new, this time it was the zip code being faulty. I don't appreciate a $50 admin charge w no help from a broken app. Do better with your technology or don't offer it.
