worst experience for ticket booking. No customer support at all. No resolution if you call their customer support number or reach out over email. My ticket got waitlist cancelled and it's been 3 months but I haven't received any refund amount. They are not even replying over the email. Book directly from the IRCTC app instead of this useless app.

This travel app is a complete fraud. They take money in the name of a travel guarantee, but the refund amount is never returned. Their terms and conditions for refund look good while booking, but in reality, it doesn’t work. If you try to use the refund wallet amount to book tickets again, the app fails to process it. Totally fake and misleading. Avoid this app at all costs!

Fraud app is looting money in the name of travel guarantee. In the name of giving 3 times the money, if the ticket is not confirmed, they only give the ticket money. Forget about guaranteed payment, neither customer care nor the option to call, there is no chance of getting a return payment. They will give a coupon in the name of 3 times payment which is never going to work. Don't confirm ticket app, this is a useless app.
