Ratings and reviews

Every single time I try to use the app it either signs me out the instant I open it, or it tells me I have to update it to continue using it. Each time I do so - often in the queue to get my free Greggs coffee - and see absolutely no change in functionality, or improvement in stability. What is it with app developers that you continue to "improve" apps but with no apparent improvement?

I mainly use the app for the rewards and the site for quotes etc but it works well and I enjoy the free coffees and vouchers which stack if you take out more than one policy. I can see myself sticking with this for the foreseeable future

Really helpful app and rewards are good too! my rating is for the app functionality, helpfulness and features only. Never had to use customer service so I can't rate that.
