Terrible application. The rewards section doesn't work properly. If you try to add a second policy to claim more rewards it blocks out your first policy completely for weeks meaning you can't activate the free hot drink from your first policy. This has clearly not been tested properly before putting into live use.

2nd year in row, unable to claim Reward in the confused app. its asking me to contact them. last time took over 3 days to fix. poor service they have'nt listen to the feedback and still have'nt fixed the issue. it also deletes my previous quotes. i want to be able to see old quotes so i can compare with last years prices

took out travel insurance through confused and I found the very best cover, and it was a great price too. Everything went very smoothly, no hiccups or hidden charges . Perfect, always used confused. com .
