Ratings and reviews

Unable to access rewards since they moved it to the app only. Had £40 of rewards then had another £20 pending. Now I'm unable to access any of them for security reasons. Emailed them as suggested and after a week they said ita sorted. It isn't. Contact us again, 5-7 days for a response. It'll be the same useless response. Wont be using confused again. Poor app. Cue automated message in response to this saying to contact us. Not wasting my time.

been looking at SIM deals for the past 1 year. only get three months half price then full price. which forest save much money works out the same if you buy direct from network provider. so how does this scam work on confused. recently had a deal with sky 1 GB of data and unlimited calls and text for £1.00 not even available on confused. CONFUSED ARE SCAMMERS BE AWARE!!!!

Although the app offers some really cool features and benefits, it lags a lot and the notifications tab is not working at all. It says click on settings to enable the notifications for reminders but nothing happens.
