Ratings and reviews

The rewards app no longer works, which is really frustrating. Hopefully this is a genuine technical issue that can be fixed soon, rather than customers simply being ignored. It’s particularly concerning that, from what I’ve read in other feedback, this doesn’t appear to be a new issue.

On several occasions I have been unable to open the app, which usually occurs when it asks me to login, and inevitably when I am trying to redeem the Gregg's reward. I have tried clearing both cache and memory, and removing and reinstalling the app, but no joy.

Edit, issue fixed as per quick respone on here, so changed to 3 stars and will increase once the rewards part is added for me. Samsung Galaxy false VPN error on login. worked fine last week but false error message stops me logging on to access quotes and rewards. Tried all suggestions for my phone security etc, don't have a VPN or security apps installed. Fingers crossed their online contact form gets me a swift resolution and my £20 rewards voucher can be emailed to me instead!
