PRIVACY

In order to provide great features, and to continually make the app better, some privacy-related data may be collected. Specifically, we request your location if you take our ExpressExam (since it’s only available in certain states), or when searching for your doctor. ExpressExam also needs to use your camera and microphone so we can verify you are reading the letters from an eye chart correctly. Any time we need to access this data, we make sure to request your permission first! In addition, you can choose to send us a photo of your prescription as a convenience. If you choose to enter your purchase information, we will save it so that you don’t have to re-enter it again. We also support Apple Pay! We only keep the purchase history of products you buy from us -- we don’t have access to any other purchase information. These features are all optional and you don’t need to give the app access to them if you are not comfortable doing so. We value your privacy.

Ratings and reviews

The company is great, but this app has been almost impossible to use over the last couple of weeks. I completed the Express Exam three times and received an error message that there was no connection and the exam could not be submitted each time. I had to finalize it from my computer. Now, every time I open the app, I get a connection error message, and nothing loads at all. Uninstalled.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. When you click on the links in the app, nothing happens. Enter information and click submit, nothing happens. Oddly enough, the issues really only seem to be for the rebate I'm owed. App had no problems when it was time to TAKE my money. 👎🏼

This app used to be super fast. Now won't even launch. We are talking minutes IF it even opens at all. Tried to remove. Reinstall. Clear data, cache. Same issues. Using Galaxy S25 Ultra. Latest patches and updates so I know its not the phone. Everything else working as intended. No issues with any other apps.
