In order to provide great features, and to continually make the app better, some privacy-related data may be collected. Specifically, we request your location if you take our ExpressExam (since it’s only available in certain states), or when searching for your doctor. ExpressExam also needs to use your camera and microphone so we can verify you are reading the letters from an eye chart correctly. Any time we need to access this data, we make sure to request your permission first! In addition, you can choose to send us a photo of your prescription as a convenience. If you choose to enter your purchase information, we will save it so that you don’t have to re-enter it again. We also support Apple Pay! We only keep the purchase history of products you buy from us -- we don’t have access to any other purchase information. These features are all optional and you don’t need to give the app access to them if you are not comfortable doing so. We value your privacy.

the cost before you submit is always way below what you're about to pay. it's really sneaky! it shows the cost per box, your insurance coverage, ect, and still magically ends up being more at the end. the only reason I stupidly continue to buy from here is that it's still cheaper than most others and 24/7 live customer support.

It was super fast, super convenient and just a tad cheaper than all other quotes that I had gotten for my very strong prescription right lenses. **UPDATE** Used the app to purchase, recieved an email saying couldn't ship until my script was verified, which I had already done. So signed up for texts and was able to get help with that via text. Also, the app wasn't appearing in my widgets, it is still running in the background though. So uninstall it as soon as you are done ordering. :)

I think the app is really convenient and remembers your pay information so you can just click on a quick button to reorder. However they do take advantage of long time customers by jacking up the price of your contacts over time. I never checked other retailers prices before because of the convenience of the app but once they raised my contacts by $20 I got very suspicious. Turns out I had been overpaying for years now by hundreds of dollars so be wary.
