Specifically, we request your location if you take our ExpressExam (since it’s only available in certain states), or when searching for your doctor. ExpressExam also needs to use your camera and microphone so we can verify you are reading the letters from an eye chart correctly. Any time we need to access this data, we make sure to request your permission first! In addition, you can choose to send us a photo of your prescription as a convenience. If you choose to enter your purchase information, we will save it so that you don’t have to re-enter it again. We also support Apple Pay! We only keep the purchase history of products you buy from us -- we don’t have access to any other purchase information. These features are all optional and you don’t need to give the app access to them if you are not comfortable doing so. We value your privacy.

Ratings and reviews

it works to hold onto your information just like a website with cookies. It's convenient if you already know the exact contact brand you want, but if you are new and trying to compare prices, it doesn't show you unless you click through and run your insurance and get to billing before it shows you a price. Additionally, it says, "Text with a human to assist with your problem," but it is an AI bot. Don't even try to call their phone number. You'll wait on hold for 30 minutes. Do the rebate!

I want to start out with the positive. The app is great, and prices are awesome. The contacts fit well. The only thing in disappointed in is the color of the contacts. I ordered amethyst, and you can't even tell there's any purple when I put them on. I've been trying so hard to find good purple contacts that are prescription based for my eyes. I'm scared to try any other colors, because I don't think they would show up based on how the purple didn't show up. I got the air optix colors.

very easy to order and reorder.. great prices depending on the specific brand, though! The " higher end" brands are only a few dollars cheaper than at the optician .But the lesser known brands are very cheap! like the Aqua soft lenses! sometimes there is inconsistency re: when the contacts arrive, with the standard shipping..other than that, happy with the app and the company.
