moat of the time it works, but when it is buggy it ruins my day. I'm trying to order right now but there's an error when trying to go to the ordering screen. The rewards are worth it, but don't count on it being reliable and working every time. Also as others have mentioned, you can't cancel your order after a certain point (which is reasonable for ordering food) but you can't even cancel immediately after placing the order. Like even 5 seconds after, its "being prepared" already.

The app is pretty straightforward, and it does guide you through every step to get your order to you, but it does not allow some items like the fish sandwiches to have lettuce removed or other items. When there is an outbreak or a recall of certain vegetables, I would like to be able to remove those items out of caution. I also think the upcharge for many of the sauces is without warrant. The cost of most of the sauces is about equal to the sauces that are offered for free.

when it works - it wonderful. it is missing convenience & navagation. hard to cancel orders, sometimes difficult to select correct location. wish could see the rewards before checking out. there times I misunderstood the reward and get wrong item. also would like to use phone number for rewards at pump/inside. sometimes it hard to find all rewards avaliable/offered that are useful.
