moat of the time it works, but when it is buggy it ruins my day. I'm trying to order right now but there's an error when trying to go to the ordering screen. The rewards are worth it, but don't count on it being reliable and working every time. Also as others have mentioned, you can't cancel your order after a certain point (which is reasonable for ordering food) but you can't even cancel immediately after placing the order. Like even 5 seconds after, its "being prepared" already.

if you like to order your items 13 times before the app understands what you want this is perfect for you. the app asks you which store, then what food, then you've got to order again and again and again... AND AGAIN...this is a cycle every time ordering on this app. it's not find location, order at location and then pay. at least it's not like BK when ordering from their parking lot the app ordered from a location 20 mi. from me in a place I've never been.

The location services in the app are horrendous and never gets my location so I can never order food and pick it up then and a lot of times even the food loading system is really slow. more than anything it's the location system. I can just never order any food and then go and pick it up because it will never give me the option of stores or anything.
