Many problems, the most major of which being that they never sent the ring I paid for and the app itself doesn't work. The app is unusable, as it glitches when trying to log in, taking you back to the login screen within seconds of it trying to send an OTP, which it never does. They also said to track shipping of the ring through the app, which is impossible to do when the app doesn't work. Update: Contacted them a week ago, didn't get an answer. Followed up again today.

I bought the ring 1, and I must say it started off very interesting, but along the line, I had 1 or 2 challenges. to my surprise, the ring one team answered every single one of my queries, my experience was surprisingly and shockingly good. They did everything they promised to do on time They rectified my challenges and i even went ahead to buy another ring for my daughter. So thank you, ring 1, and I do. Sincerely Hope you're able to develop this product to its full potential.

this applies is pretty useless. I like the idea, but it doesn't allow you to make real edits for the sleep. So, if I get 8 hours od sleep and the ring onky records 4.5 of it because the ring shifted on my finger in thr night, it won't let me record any times outside what it thinks is correct. the device is also garbage at detecting heart rate while exercising, saying I'm never making it out of zone 1 (even when I'm close to practice heart rate), and it stops recording workouts after an hour.
