Ratings and reviews

Many problems, the most major of which being that they never sent the ring I paid for and the app itself doesn't work. The app is unusable, as it glitches when trying to log in, taking you back to the login screen within seconds of it trying to send an OTP, which it never does. They also said to track shipping of the ring through the app, which is impossible to do when the app doesn't work. Update: Contacted them a week ago, didn't get an answer. Followed up again today.

been increasingly frustrated as things go on. battery life is diminishing in the ring and the case, and data collection to the app seems inconsistent. Also, the app does not resize well on my device when using the tablet mode (I have a ZFold 5). the BIGGEST issue, however, is if the app closes for any reason, it stops collecting altogether. there is no "run in background" or "always on" option for the app, and the ring doesn’t seem to store more than 24 hours of biometrics to upload.

I was prompted to install the latest version a few days ago, but just swiped out of the notification. I went to use it later that evening, but the app kept crashing. The next day, I tried to use it again and it kept crashing over and over. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it still won't work. Please fix! I'd like to use the ring that I had to wait 26 months to receive 🙄
