Don't Buy, difficult to connect and complete the set-up, battery drain even when power down... NOT a PLUG and PLAY ! it's bad when Amazon should have a simple internal review of BASIC functions !!! Even baby cams 10 years ago were much simpler or X10 !!! They want to collect your information to charge a MONTHLY subscription!!! FULL waste of time and Money !!! I'm returning the cams!

Edit: The camera worked great when I first got it. Now it's very laggy. When I try to play a video back, it says there is no video, I have to try 3 or 4 times to make it play, and it freezes. Takes forever to load the live camera. Sometimes, it says no connection, although it's near the router, and the app says 100%. The doorbell doesn't ring on time either. It is delayed by about 2 minutes. There is a lot to be fixed about this app and camera. I am thinking of getting a better one.

I bought two of these cameras, the only issue I'm having at the moment that annoys me most is that it's takes ages to view the camera video, while logging in, there was this message that always pop up that's says Establishing channel from 1% to 100% I don't understand why must one have to wait for so long to be connected even with a good network connection. I hope COOAU would update their software at some point to enable their customers to view the camera video fast .
