Most of the time this app won't work, so I use the browser instead. When it does work it's ok. Is up to date. Tried reinstalling. WiFi or LTE data. Nada. Same issue on my other 3 phones. Been like this for months. .... Update1: Found out DuckDuckGo android app protection blocked your trackers preventing home page access to browse any products. Please contact DuckDuckGo to resolve between you two. I've submitted a tech support ticket explaining this to them.

Great catch, Al! We're looking into implementing a solution for this and we hope that you'll soon be able to browse and shop with your App Tracking Protection enabled. Thanks so much for your persistence and for bringing the issue to our attention!

Great for looking at what's in stock, stores nearby etc. But unfortunately I have never been able to place an order through the app or even the website. Constantly getting orders cancelled and ending up having to drive downtown to get what I want cus the ordering is broken. Weather it's CC, PayPal, nothing works. I go straight to Amazon now if I can, they also have an deals outlet for refurbished and used items in excellent or like new condition and shipped fast.

The in-app customer chat is really bad. The chat closes(and I mean it ends) when you hit back even once more than you should've. Once it ends I have no option to return to it, and your conversation so far with their agent is lost and you have to start the conversation all over again. Buggy app. 2 stars at best. Another issue is that I placed an order it was supposed to delivered in a day. It was in progress for 2 days with no update and then their team tries delivery at 10pm with no prior notice
