The tracking is absolute garbage. it simply doesn't work and the safe zones are too large to actually be helpful. it'll notify me 20 minutes after my child has left a safe zone that's he's gone. The tracking feature just sits there and doesn't update no matter how much you refresh or click it. if you need to track your kids, use an airtag, life360 tag or something else.

I had a terrible experience. it took me 3 months of emailing back and forth trying to cancel My account while they were still charging me. I had to make a phone call to cancel my account. There was no button to cancel. The customer service kept trying to fix things I didn't want fixed. awful experience, awful company. watch quality was not good, couldn't always see exact location, delayed updates on my child's location

Meh it does the basic job it needs to do - messaging and location tracking. But there is so much that could be so much better. The safe zones minimum radius is too big to be useful. The keyboard on the watch is tiny and there is no swiping/gesture way to do writing on the watch face. The speaker on the watch is unintelligible and there's a huge lag on voice calls. No way for kid to see parent location. No way for parents to add to the checklist apps. Parent set alarms must recur. etc.
