Ratings and reviews

Transferring plans to a new device is extremely difficult. Customer Support says they are open 6a-6p EST, but when you call, no one is available till 9a EST it says on the recording. I have spent an entire day trying to transfer the service and add the new device with no luck. The app and website are lacking with usage and information. Very Frustrating!!! do better

As many have stated already, this app is horrible. watch battery lasts maybe 6 hours on lowest setting, tracking is impossible, updated location is never actually updated. get notifications on location 30 to 40 minutes after child has left the location. this product is supposed to do two things, track locations and provide a way to call/text the watch. it fails on both jobs. would never recommend this product to anyone and really regret having spent money on this horrible app/watch

Bad tracking! this app can't seem to find my children even when they're right in my neighborhood They recently went on a field trip and tracking couldn't find them for 3 hours that's ridiculous! fully charged watches all settings done correctly. if this tracking service doesn't improve soon I'm going to be leaving Cosmo and getting my money back
