Ratings and reviews

For our needs this app works well, with a few hiccups. I am able to pick acceptable apps for my son's watch, which is nice that it is customizable. also, the few times he has lost his watch we were able to find it thanks to the accuracy of the gps when tracking is enabled. However, when tracking is turned off the gps is quite inaccurate, giving me alerts that my son has left or returned to a location he has been at for a number of hours. otherwise, I am happy with it.

Good, but not great. We had multiple issues with the app's connection and was told to re-install the app. The GPS tracker is acceptable but the settings default to near constant, meaning the battery depletes very quickly. The watch's voice volume itself is absolute garbage, completely unable to hear the kids at all. Texting is fine, but the keyboard is small with no way to increase size for larger fingers. It's better than not having a watch, but not by much. Many improvements are needed.

We love the Cosmo watch. After reviewing all of the brands, cosmo felt like the best fit for what we were looking for. My 8yo loves his watch, and we love that we can track him and keep him safe. The alarm function has helped him become more independent in the mornings. It connects to Spotify and Spotify kids, which is a plus for my music loving kiddo. My favorite part is that he can call and text, but only to approved contacts and the control center app is where we add and delete contacts.
