Ratings and reviews

We've owned our COSMO watch since Dec. 2025, and it's been nothing but problems. GPS is unreliable, texts fail, and it constantly needs restarting. Customer service takes days to respond, if at all, with no real escalation. We bought this for our child's safety and peace of mind, but it's caused frustration instead. The new app rollout is a mess too, I lost all contacts because there's no cloud backup. Save your money!! UNRELIABLE!

Service has not worked in over two weeks now. Support is completely unresponsive to e-mails and calls. The only option is an AI chatbot that will simply tell you the service "has been down since June 28th and teams are working on it". I'd recommend staying away from their products for now until they get their issues figured out, and they actually setup a support and communications team. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.

Don't buy a Cosmo watch/product. The tracking feature and call features do not work 75% of the time rendering the product useless except for telling time. Our neighborhood has excellent cell service and reception, yet the watch can't be tracked or a call can't be placed once the watch is outside of WiFi range. The whole point of the product is to have peace of mind and be able to see or reach your kid and it doesn't deliver on any of it.
