Not good. Was excited to have alternative to those that required added membership fees. However am very disappointed with the selection of books available and even more so by the poor performance of the app. It frequently stops while driving or trying to go to sleep,leaving me fiddling with phone to restart. Right now the app stopped in middle of current book, with some error message, and I can't get it working again. 😫

I bought my kids Costco audiobooks for Christmas. We went on a road trip to see family for the holidays so I tried opening the app to listen to the book only to find my password had expired and needs to be reset by admin! They sent me the password on cyber Monday, when I bought the book series,, and it expired by Christmas. This makes NO SENSE and ruined my purchase. Time for a refund.

I just received the email that this service and app is being discontinued. We will get full refunds for purchases, wow! And we can still enjoy them till December 2022. If you have to discontinue a service, I can't think of a better way to do it. Thank you for taking care of your customers!!
