I have been using the app and service for about two weeks. It appears I am leaving Quicken Deluxe for this app. It is not as polished and intuitive as Quicken with adding transactions and balancing when syncing with my banks. However I am adapting and the extra cost to keep Quicken is not worth it. I was able to transfer my Quicken transactions. I had to reset up my recurring transactions, which was easy. I recommend trying it.

i switched to CountAbout after 30 years on Quicken. quicken got too expensive and could not keep up with changing bank and credit card systems. countabout is much simpler yet does 90 to 95% of what i need. help desk is very fastvand responsive to all of my conversion tasks. Countabout does not yet support security keyfobs, so if that's a must, you may want to wait.

I have been using Quicken since its inception, but the recent connectivity issues and price hikes finally drove me to look for something else. CountAbout is simple, straightforward, and it has worked flawlessly. I love the free trial period, and the automatic transaction download with the premium option actually works! Happy I switched. It takes a little adjusting after so many years with Quicken, but it's worth it.
