I really like this app. It's convenient checking balances & other details on the go without having to call or use a laptop. However, it frequently crashes. When it does, it's at the most inopportune time. Error says: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. However, the error NEVER corrects itself - even after force quitting or restarting. The only way to fix is to uninstall which is very annoying as you have to re-enter you user and pass which I don't always remember.

I'm not sure of any updates that's may have been installed but recently there has been a long lag before the app open on to the login screen....Before all you had to do is tap on the logo and the login screen pops right up...Now, when you tap the logo or anywhere on the page it takes about 60 seconds for the login screen to appear...PLEASE FIX!!!...Love the app otherwise!!

I love the app. It's easy to use and gives enough information. There are several additional items you can use but it doesn't always transition as well. I would give it a 5 if it didn't freeze sometimes in between accounts. Still a great app to have.
