I have been trying to get a hold of someone to solve an issue with my account for four days and have not been able to do so. I call the number it always says everyone's busy no matter what time a day, I email several times I'm getting nothing but virtual AI telling me someone will get to me I tried this platform out because I thought it was easy not being able to resolve issue that arise is not good business once issue is resolved I will not be using this platform again!

App is ok. works reliably. customer service communication takes 3 to 4 weeks for response which should be improved. there's really no excuse for waiting 3 to 4 weeks for your money. in my case, they processed my transactions. then afterwards determined that they couldn't open my account. so they held my funds $1000 for 90 days. after the 90 days it took another 3 weeks for them to respond and eventually send me my funds. after deducting $500 for "fraud security research." avoid

The app works well enough and has all of the features of similar competitors products that I have used. I am not a high volume seller so their basic plan is sufficient for my needs but for sellers that have a high volume of sales each month there are probably more affordable options available. Just an FYI they do have a $1.00 minimum for sales transactions.
