The problem I have with this app is the measuring. For instance it shows an egg to be 420 -- an egg is an average 120-160. But it is shown in 100 gm. quantities. It should show portions like 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1 tsp. butter, etc. Not accurate enough for me. I don't have time to "do the math" if you know what I mean. ---- oh great, now I have to find a scale?

Dont understand the app
A friend of mine recently was placed on a Statin drug and a Low Glycemic diet, With this application I will be able to assist her much better than trying to wing it and not know what to cook for her. Knowing what foods are high in Cholesterol is a great help. Knowing how to manipulate the Green red and yellow buttons on the bottom of food list page was a great help even more
Excellent app This gives you all the information you need to help keep a balanced cholesterol level and for anyone with a low rating of this app it just takes a little common sense to understand. Amazing work guys and a highly recommended app. Top marks to the developer
Food list There is only a few food in the list. Even the simple food like prawn / shrimp, broccoli, tomato not in the list. I even already purchase the calculator and i think it is use less cause of my meal are not in the food list.
