CrewAssign is workforce management built for construction. Assign crews to job sites, track progress in real time, and keep everyone on the same page — from the office to the field.

Admins see a live calendar with drag-to-reschedule, conflict detection, and color-coded job sites. Schedule workers, manage materials requests, track time-off approvals, run estimates, and generate PDF invoices — all from one dashboard. Workers get their own schedule on their phone, clock in and out with location verification, mark tasks complete, request materials, and submit time-off — with push notifications for any assignment changes.

CrewAssign works offline. Workers in areas with spotty cell service can clock in, complete tasks, and add notes without a connection. Everything queues locally and syncs automatically when service returns — nothing is lost. The app supports English and Spanish, and runs on both iOS and Android.

Nothing changes in how the app works on Android — this keeps the Android and iPhone versions on the same build. Everything from the previous release is included, including the New estimate form starting blank for each new estimate.
