Man, I was excited to use the app and was nearly instantly sold on investing into the subscription. But upon exploring the features and workouts, I noticed that all the videos don't play for the examples of how to properly do the an exercise. It feels unfortunate because I really was (and honestly still am) excited by how the app is very user friendly. But since I'm a visual learner, I feel like I'm going to miss out on the maximum potential of these exercises. Hope this can be solved!

Slowness and locking up is very aggravating. I am monthly subscriber ($13/month) to be able to use the training plans in the app, and find them absolutely essential to track and time my training. The free version was amazing, and the subscription provides capability light years ahead of other training apps for any sport... However, the slowness and crashing on a daily basis in the Training Plan section of the app constantly has me wondering if there is any kind of alternative.

Love it. There is a learning curve initially. When I became more acquainted with the workouts the app became much easier to use. I enjoy seeing the analytics and where my time and energy is going. I wish there were some examples of analytics for beginner, intermediate, and advanced climbers. Then I would have some idea of how much time I should spend on different workouts. This could act as a benchmark for reaching training goals. Keep up the great work.
