Have to give it 1 star, because 0 stars isn't an option. I purchased the Sync. It should be sold as won't sync or drops sync. I work in EMS and this is worthless for that. It disconnects from the apps at least 2-3 times a day, losing data and have to reset. Bad news if I'm in the middle of a critical call. Thought I would give it a try. Not worth it. 😕 Would not recommend.

Clearly all the time spent on this app was to get the fitness data portion looking good, because the features that are supposed to take it from 'fitness tracker' to full smartwatch are seriously lacking. For reasons I can't work out, it won't show all of my contacts, and text notifications do not consistently get delivered to the watch - in fact most just don't. The preview for the custom watch face isn't accurate to how the image appears vs the time, and you can't adjust, you have to redo it.

The app is buggy, and crashes constantly. Notifications are not well integrated; there is no way to make it work without granting more permission than one should be comfortable doing. There is also a lack of user customization and inconsistent design choices, like not being able to manually enter favorite numbers. A good but ultimately deficient effort.
