Ratings and reviews

The watch does not stay connected to the app on the phone. if you take it off to charge it, or to shower, it doesn't sync back up. I have an entire week of workout data that is lost. I would not recommend this to anyone else. eta: disconnects itself all of the time, even while wearing the watch. when I reconnect, it still doesn't track any unfo. I have already tried all the recommended steps to fix it. don't waste time or money on this.

I have had this watch for about 2 years, it has been perfect up until about a month ago when the app was updated, now it will not stay connected to my watch, having to scan the code every time to get it to reconnect and that is with it sitting side by side. The app is not keeping any data anymore. I walk every day at work and after work and at the end of the day, I look for my steps and etc and the app says no data although my watch had recorded every step. This update is the most horrible!!

no exceptions. I still need to manually refresh the app everyday to be able to see and save my data. Upd: it doesn't help at all Even manually. and I am doing that troubleshooting too often -clear cache and other stuff... I already do it too often! besides... it vibrates when I open the message not when I receive notification! just sh..y product and sh..y app. it only shows steps for one day then The number disappears. it doesn't show anything else at all. I don't know why I need that.
