Ratings and reviews

The update is a mixed bag. I like the new look but losing features and my watch disconnecting more than ever when it's only 6 months old not so much. Reached out to try to fix the issue and it sounds like the watch face library will stay broken for certain watches since they are no longer compatible with the app feature.

save your money. don't buy this. the app is terrible I can't connect my watch no matter what I try, I have been trying for the last 30 minutes, I've restarted, reset, logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works. I'm still getting the pop up on my phone that says "keeping watch connectivity" even though it's not connected.

The watch itself is pretty decent, especially for the money. But the app is mediocre at best. It has difficulty syncing with the watch. According to customer service, it will not integrate with either Google fit or Fitbit, which are the nation's leading Fitness tracking apps. That in and of itself is ridiculous. Additionally, it has no ability to check blood pressure. I think the company has potential but it is definitely not where it should be at the moment.
