The device continues to stop functioning and takes an unusually long time to sync. I have repeatedly tried restarting both the device and my phone; however, the issue persists. The device keeps stopping and is unable to connect to my phone.

It's incredibly frustrating when it takes half an hour to pair watch with the app and then in the end the app doesn't show the same data that is on the watch. I bought mine a few days ago and can not believe how bad this app is. And I can see I'm not the only one with these issues. Hopefully you will do something to fix it SOON. 16.01.2026. It keeps crashing after this morning's update. Do better. 11.02.2026. Still crashing. Unbelievable. My watch is useless at this point.

The bottom part of the app (sport, device, me, home page) is not accessible as it is covered with phone Back and Home and Close buttons. Please fix it. Tried on different phone models.
