Ratings and reviews

Compared to the old app, this one is less functional. The design is poor, it's not as user-friendly, and it isn't as customizable. I'd rather it less than 1 star if I could. Way too many unnecessary changes were made when switching to this new app. Quite frankly, I hate it. UCBT has, once again, disappointed me.

Okay app, not very user friendly. Can't even reset the password because the UI is missing a text box.

Great bank. Very friendly staff, feel at home. I look forward to doing business with them.
