Convenient and prompt to let me know about activity. The app is slow to respond to user focus. For example, each time a new page loads it doesn't bring the keyboard to the front until it seems like it didn't notice the "click" on the field. I tend to click again as I see the keyboard flash up, then back down warranting another "click" to restore the keyboard. Maybe it's a layer of security, but it's definitely the only app I've seen this issue. Always, a "bank" needs 1-2 days to send $ to yours.

Since it updated, most of the time when I push sign in button it dies nothing have to close app and start it again to sign in, then it doesn't let me get past sign in page. Just some bugs that need worked out. Colors are pretty, but app isn't working properly. And I would think k maybe it's my phone, but I actually log in on 2 separate devices and same problem.

We value your feedback. In our current release, version 3.2, we have fixed the performance issues occurring on a few devices. Please delete and download the app again and let us know if you can access the app successfully. Thanks!

I usually NEVER NEVER leave reviews on anything, but this app is by far the worst and most frustrating app ever. I can never sign in when needed. I continuously always have to reset my password and when I do it still doesn't allow me past the sign in screen. I've tried using biometrics to sign in, but it still doesn't let me sign in. I'm at the point where I might just delete the app and mail my payments because this app is a complete headache
