Quick pay:
Using quick pay customer can do instant transfer with option to download & share the payment advice

Device Registration:
Users to click 'Let's get started' to start registration for the first time.
· For dual SIM phones, application will prompt for the SIM selection and users to select the SIM for which the mobile number is registered with the Bank
· Standard SMS charges will be applicable during registration, ensure that the balance are sufficient to send SMS (One SMS Cost). Ensure mobile data / Internet connection ON.
· Make sure that the SIM is not disabled under settings -> SIM Management to avoid failure during registration. Not to toggle between Apps or press any other button until the registration process gets completed

Mutual Fund (Wealth Management)

Using this our customer can invest in any of the Asset Management company (AMC) available in the market. Also they can invest in Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and One time payment
Wallet
Wallet can be used by CUB customers to securely transact during payment of utility bills, broadband/Telephone, recharge etc.

BHIM CUB UPI

What is BHIM CUB UPI?
BHIM CUB UPI is a UPI enabled initiative to facilitate safe, easy & instant digital payments through your mobile phone.
Requirements:
1. Before you register on the app, please ensure the following:
2. You have linked your Mobile Number with your Bank Account and the same is used for accessing.
3. Your phone should have an active SIM linked to your Bank Account.
4. In case of Dual SIM, kindly ensure that you’ve selected the SIM card linked to your Bank Account.
5. You have a valid Debit Card for your Bank Account. This is required to generate UPI PIN.

• How does BHIM CUB UPI app work?
Download the BHIM CUB UPI**Register and choose manage accounts**Select your preferred bank account**Create a unique ID (for example – yourname@cub or mobilenumber@cub)**Verify your account & set a UPI PIN

•What is UPI PIN?
UPI PIN: UPI PIN is similar to your Debit Card PIN number, a 4 or 6 digit number which needs to be set by you while creating your UPI ID. For all your UPI debit transactions UPI PIN is necessary. Please don't share your UPI PIN.

• How to check account balance?
Click on ‘Check balance’ besides any account number that you wish to know***Enter your UPI PIN to confirm

• How to send money?
Select pay option and enter the receiver’s unique UPI ID ** Enter the amount of money you want to send** Confirm payment by entering your UPI PIN

• What is transaction limit for UPI transactions?
Transaction limit is Rs. 1,00,000 per transaction and per day

Ratings and reviews

Blank screen all the time and too slow during navigation. If you want me to maintain 7500 as MAB then dont you think its basic to provide me an app which doesn’t die all the time ? Too many pop ups post biometric which are irrelevant to my account. Please fix the app..paying too much amount on all those maintenance and sms charges only to get irritated during basic navigations

The app has a frustrating experience when adding a payee. The OTP is not being received, and when I tried using my card instead, it shows that the card is inactive. These basic banking features should work smoothly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

on opening the app alert is Coming as "desable the key logger apps" . What are the key logger apps in my mobile are unknown. Due to that my Banking operations came to halt. I visited local branch and wrote to customer care .Both could not help me inspite of repeated mails. I send complete list of apps installed in my mobile to customer care to address my issue. This kind of problem is not faced by any other banking apps . Fed up with the function of the app.
