It used to work without issues. The newest update broke it. I can't login. I haven't received any reset password emails, (even though it's said it sent one a number of times). I can't complete rapidpass if I can't sign in. I tried reinstalling. All I get when I call customer support is a recording stating they are unavailable due to training. Update: received email with new password. It doesn't work.

App worked great for weeks at the beginning. But now I can't open it. Have requested help for days but it won't acknowledge my email address, login, or password. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. I've requested multiple times for a password reset but never get the email. So all the info it contains on my appointments, etc. are mute. 🤷

App is decent but needs some work. I've had issues with completed RapidPass forms disappearing randomly, kinda defeats the point. The interface is kinda clunky, there's no real confirmation for some buttons being hit/something is loading. The only other complaint I have is probably more an issue with the backend, but I went to a drive at the hospital and the app had no specific location details for where the donations were being taken within the hospital. Same with no notification / update when a scheduled drive is canceled. All in all, it does its job. It could just be a bit more robust.
