The app needs to allow for a time change on an appointment day. currently, the only way to change the time is to either call the 800 number or reschedule the entire appointment and oftentimes the app doesn't allow for the rescheduling. there should always be a button for a simple time change if what you're donating has an open slot. thank you.

It's stupid that you can only search by distance from your location, the ability to look up appointments by date isn't working. and anytime you hit the back arrow you go back to the home screen instead of backing up to the previous screen where you were working on scheduling an appointment.

it freezes up and I have to give the wrong answer and go back to fix it. Plus, I don't know if it's the same with other phones (I have a Pixel), the next and back buttons are too low so it's easy to hit the navigation buttons on my phone. Also, I wish it would autofill name and birthdate. I only use it because it's easier than doing it onsite. It definitely can stand to be improved.
