This app is one of the smoothest, most efficient little programs I've ever worked with. I can set up an appointment with ease after logging in. And when I use the Rapid Pass, it saves a QR code at the ready. No more paper waste, and no more clumsy attempts at taking a photo of my computer. Everything is done with ease. My only regret is that I should have been making use of it sooner.

The app needs to allow for a time change on an appointment day. currently, the only way to change the time is to either call the 800 number or reschedule the entire appointment and oftentimes the app doesn't allow for the rescheduling. there should always be a button for a simple time change if what you're donating has an open slot. thank you.

Great app, just used it this past week and showed another person there how to get it and use it. Unfortunately there was an issue where I had booked a time, got confirmation, had the rapid pass, but the woman at the sign in desk said I wasn't in their list and was going to reject me. I made a fuss about it she got in, but I question how quickly the app communicates to the persons running the donations. Otherwise would give a five. Don't understand others not being able to get it to work at all.
