This documentation software leaves my employer vulnerable to lawsuits. The narrative section is highly fragmented. The writing of notes and then being able to see what was written are in different menu's. This fragmentation is leaving staff more vulnerable to forgetting and documenting all tasks completed. Hence, being more vulnerable to not being able to prove care in court. Additionally, the narrative notes are not collated into one document, but instead each time stamp is a new note.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The app "times out" every 2 minutes and makes me re-do authentication. Then if I do a custom search to chart for a previous day it doesn't save my search after charting for that shift so after every shift I have to redo the search. It takes me twice as long to chart now because of these "technical difficulties" then it did on CubHub. Statewise now likes to randomly close on you and then makes you wait 30 minutes before letting you back in. It's awful!

I don't think the people who developed this software have experience in healthcare and definitely don't understand the workflow or how difficult it can be to chart on a phone. There's so many issues. There's no way to see vital or abnormal trends over different shifts as a field employee, you have to remember how to write certain orders (because you can't enter them as you would to be medically correct...), there's lots of random bugs...now a submenu is completely blacked out.
