Ratings and reviews

It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

They added actual rewards, which are nice, but the app doesn't allow you to order the Flavor of the Day. You can check what the daily flavor is at your local stores, but there's no way to actually order it in the app. There's also no way to add an in-store purchase to your rewards account with the receipt. So if you have to choose between either ordering the Flavor of the Day, or getting reward points. Edit: For clarification, this is when selecting a Concrete Mixer.

Sounds suggest just using the website instead. App is not well done in dark mode. Ordering had this weird flow where you select a location then hit order then select the location again. If you order curbside the app will reset and go back to the main menu before you can hit "I'm here". The unelected checkboxs still have checks in them, they just change the color like they didn't have the time to make a second image. App just needs more polish.
