It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

App crashed and couldn't tell if my order was placed or not, when it finally showed up, I clicked on the button that I had arrived and it blew everything out?? Also, I've looked several times and cannot find anywhere on the app to leave feedback: I would love to order a salad, but, the preservative in the lettuce is awful; it makes me very sick for 2-3 days.

Functional, simple app that simply needs more. The rewards are ho hum (throw a small single cheeseburber meal or something in there) and there are certain toppings that can't be added or done in the app. For example; certain shake toppings like whipped cream, snickers, m&ms and more aren't selectable in the app. I can order this when I go to the window and it rings up perfectly fine on the receipt. However the app only shows a limited few toppings. The app locks most the concrete mixer toppings.
