Ratings and reviews

It would be better if it didn't work at all. Super glitchy. Clicking buttons bring you to items you didn't click. Took 10 min to get my order in my bag and then at check out half of it disappeared after it was all in my bag. Found out when I picked it up (they brought it out 10 min after the quoted time) that half my order didn't go thru. More than completely worthless. The worst online ordering experience I have ever had.

it's nice and all but the "Favorite's" mechanic doesn't work. it'll let me pick Favorites BUT it won't put them into my bag next time. Also, we need to be able to keep the same Location IF it's our "favorite". it's aggravating whenever you want to use the app in a hurry and have to start over like it's the first time.

Compared to other Fast food restaurant apps, I never get any sort of rewards or coupons. On top of that, the app is usually glitchy and slow. It's a shame since I really like Culver's. Edit: they've introduced a rewards system! still isn't the best app, but definitely an improvement! nice!
