Althea Care offers assessment, investigation and treatment for children and adults. With us and our partner clinics, you as a patient can receive care according to Scandinavian standards. Althea Care is located in Copenhagen and accepts Swedish/Nordic patients.

For Swedish patients, in the event of temporarily increased waiting times in their home regions, there is an opportunity to apply for funding for care from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. This is based on the European Economic Area (EEA) agreement for planned care abroad. We help our patients with the entire application process via Försäkringskassan at the same cost of care as in publicly funded care in Sweden. Althea Care's staff speak Swedish and are responsible for the entire application process.

At our clinic in Copenhagen, we work according to science and proven experience in line with the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines.

At Althea Care, we always strive to be engaged as caregivers. Investigation and treatment are carried out by licensed psychologists and specialist doctors who speak Swedish. At Althea Care, for example, you can get assessment, treatment and investigation regarding ADHD, autism and most other psychiatric conditions. We also offer a growing range of healthcare interventions within orthopedics and other medical specialties.
