I installed the app because the system was down at a restaurant and they were only doing online orders. Account setup was painful. The forms were not intuitive. Ordering was also frustrating, maybe because by the time I got it installed I was way hungry. After I ordered my main course I realized that I had not ordered anything to drink. But I didn't want to make a new order. Also after I thought I was done ordering I found out that there is a place order button. TL;DR they need a human machine person to go through this app and fix the interface. I believe that is the problem with accounts not being created.
The concept is great, but I can't seem to be able to create an account, not on my phone , not on the iPad, not on your website. On the app I put in all my information and the is no submit button, nothing happens when I get to the end, and no instructions. On your website, I enter my information and click submit and nothing happens. I've tried multiple times. I give up! I don't have time for this kind of aggravation.
Very convenient! I had a tight connection in Denver (20 minutes to boarding time) and placed an order while my plane was taxiing. I was able to find a restaurant that was on my way to my next gate and the order was ready when I got there. The whole transaction was about 30 seconds. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has a tight connection around a mealtime. My only complaint was that I wish there was a clearly posted Grab pickup area at the restaurant I ordered from because I wasn't sure which line to go to
I am an Airline employee at LAX and this app has changed our lunch experience tremendously. This is also a great app for the traveling passenger with limited time before departure, getting something upon arrival, or grabbing a bite in-between a tight connection. "NO MORE LINES". I have the new Blackberry Priv and the app works flawlessly on my device . Only hiccup is that I dont get the employee discount, but it's so convenient it makes up for the change I'd be saving.
Quick and Easy Placed an order on the app while waiting to deplane and got a text my order was ready just as I walked into the terminal. Walked right to the designated counter (using the map in the app), picked it up, and was on my way! App was easy to use and I really liked the map feature.
Can't create account Unable to create account. No "enter" or Eula box after password. Part of Southwest promotion, does not work. Good in theory, but seems still in alpha stage.
