Very poor experience with Tris Home security cameras and app. The app is buggy, slow, and disconnects frequently. Motion detection rarely works, and recordings are not saved properly. Even after troubleshooting, the camera still goes offline or enters sleep mode randomly. This product is unreliable and not suitable for security use. I regret purchasing it.

The Quality is Great, But The Alarms Have Disappeared! There were multiple sayings and a custom one for the intelligent alarm and now they have disappeared and the alarm is not going off. I literally just started using this less than 24 hours ago and 5 hours after setting it up, they just disappeared from the app! It does NOT need an update, either. Of course it may not matter because the camera isn't charging and this bird feeder may be going back, as well, since the camera won't even charge.

The instructions that come in the package is very limited and not user friendly to set up. But with persistence, was able to. Was having problems with notifications not being sent to my phone, but through the online live chat was able to resolve it. Had to go to my phones settings, then to apps, locate the tris app, then go to battery usage and change to no restrictions on the battery usage. It works now
