I'm very happy with the camera, the app, and customer service. The camera works well, and the perfect solution to see what's going on when I'm not home. The app makes it super easy for setup, to control the view and to contact customer service; and they are prompt and so helpful. I've only needed them when I can't remember how to connect to the internet, after I've changed providers or equipment. Based on my experience, I highly recommend.

The instructions that come in the package is very limited and not user friendly to set up. But with persistence, was able to. Was having problems with notifications not being sent to my phone, but through the online live chat was able to resolve it. Had to go to my phones settings, then to apps, locate the tris app, then go to battery usage and change to no restrictions on the battery usage. It works now

Bird feeder (with this camera) setup was easy, but it has a lot of issues afterwards. The camera regularly records small snippets as normal, but the recordings are triggered late and limited to 15 seconds, and the recordings temporarily disappear on a regular basis. Also, the AI only works maybe half the time. It told me today that a finch was a vulture. Amusing, but not as advertised. You get what you pay for with this one.
