Ratings and reviews

I am using this app for nearly a year. I found the following issues 1. This app fails to track the payments made via debit card, only UPI payments are tracked 2. Account status is stopped updating. even if refreshed, it send message to get an update of balance but on receipt of the same it is not getting picked up in the app 3. Transfer option is somewhat annoying when the amounts are not the same, like receipt is diff from payment. Overall it is nice userfriendly app, still improvements needed.

The app addresses the biggest pain point of noting down the expenses manually, which is great. However, tracking shows only the ones marked as expenses and hence a bit difficult to reconcile with the bank statement to ensure everything is recorded. It will be great if all transactions are shown in any one screen so we can also track the savings.

Flawless message parsing. The UI used to be clean. Now there are too many popups and flashy cards to sell their loans and promotions. Axio still lacks desktop browser view even after so many years of launch, building a large customer base and collaborations with big brands. Browser view is a must have for checking long term reports reviewing large number of transactions. Couldn't continue using Axio only due to this miss. Please add desktop browser version soon. Waiting to get back to using Axio
