I’ve been using Dahab Plus and overall it’s a great app—fast, reliable, and very convenient for everyday transactions. One feature I’d really love to see added is a “Switch Account” option. It would make things much easier for users who manage multiple accounts. Keep up the good work, and I’m looking forward to future updates!

DahabPlus is an excellent app for managing finances in Somalia, offering great convenience for mobile money transfers and bill payments. However, the user experience could be significantly enhanced by adding the ability to transfer funds to and from other local banks in Somalia (e.g., Premier Bank, Amal Bank, etc.) directly within the app, similar to existing functionalities for the other local banks applications and mobile wallets.

Great app. I am giving it a rating of four. As I live far from the bank, this app provides a reliable and real time service, which I greatly appreciate. I would suggest that Dahabshiil consider adding a feature that allows users to download bank statements for at least the last six months without needing to visit the branch. It would also be helpful to be able to download transfer slips in PDF format.
