Ratings and reviews

The App has some technical issues. The current version doesn't allow me to add my bank card and it gives me a generic error message ie authorization failed but it doesn't tell me what went wrong. Bottom line, I am unable to use it and send money until they fix this issue.

I am very disappointed with Dahabshiil’s service. I uploaded all my documents, but my account stayed in “review,” and I couldn’t send any money. This shows the system is not reliable. RemitTell and Juba verify my documents immediately, and I transfer money without any problems. Because Dahabshiil failed to do the same, I no longer trust or want to use your service.

Temporary pleasure I have used this app to transfer twice to Africa, on both occasions it was good. However, now the app is playing up. The rate is by far lower than competitors and not only that, the app options are limited now.
