An absolute lifesaver for fast and secure international money transfers! The app is very user-friendly, transactions are processed quickly, and it saves so much time compared to visiting a physical location or using other transfer apps. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable way to support family and friends abroad.

Your customer service is the worst I have experienced. The support team lacks knowledge and problem-solving skills. Five days ago, I made three different overseas transfers. While my app dashboard shows the status as 'Paid' for all three, none of the recipients have received the money. The support team has offered absolutely no solution.

The app works OK. But the customer service is the worst. When using the app, sometimes the transfer happens immediately as expected. However, sometimes it takes days without any good reason. When you ask why, they always copy paste the same message saying that "we're expecting a technician issue within our system and thanks for your patience" without any explanation and also never inform when it'll happen. Useless customer service!
