I had a very disappointing experience with Dahabshiil's customer service. Their phone lines were unreachable, and the chat service was unresponsive, despite what it claims. After I made my payment, the status remained pending for an entire week, and I couldn't get any assistance from customer service. Ultimately, I was able to resolve the issue through email and received a refund.

The service is highly inconsistent: transfers sometimes arrive instantly, but other times they take several days or even a week. Customer support is poor, chat responses are slow, different agents handle the same case, and they keep asking the same questions all over again. In one case, they held my money for two weeks and then refunded it with a generic ‘technical issues’ explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional

Your customer service is the worst I have experienced. The support team lacks knowledge and problem-solving skills. Five days ago, I made three different overseas transfers. While my app dashboard shows the status as 'Paid' for all three, none of the recipients have received the money. The support team has offered absolutely no solution.
