About this app

The Mercedes me connect Application (the “App”) gives you access to certain features of your model year 2019 or newer Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles or Mercedes-Benz Van or Freightliner Sprinter vehicle by providing the latest connected vehicle features & services, personal assistance and more.

Features and functions of the App may vary depending on your vehicle’s equipment and your subscription services. Use of the App requires an active Mercedes me user account, which is provided to you free of charge. You must also accept the applicable Terms of Use for Mercedes me connect services, which you can view on the App Mercedes me connect. Some features available for passenger vehicles and controlled via the App may not be available for “Mercedes-Benz Vans or Freightliner Sprinter at this time or in the future. Mercedes me connect services are only designed to work with a vehicle’s factory configuration and genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts. Mercedes me connect services or the App may not function in connection with a vehicle that is not factory-configured or with parts that are not genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.

Ratings and reviews

Annoying cause it keeps on popping-up messages that the car is unlocked continuously. Apart from that, and the fact that it takes a while before it understands the command lock-unlock, windows open-close, it provides with correct data regarding consumption, etc, vehicle location.

It was really awesome and now it's mostly useless. My favourite function was sending an address from Google maps to my car but now not even that works anymore. Tried to make a service appointment, doesn't work. You still have to phone. It also keeps logging out and I don't always remember my password. I would not notice the difference without it, and it may be easier and less frustrating without it.

This app is a complete utter mess now. It no longer shows me anything useful about my car, no battery charge indication, no tyre pressure gauge, no trip data...Where is the page showing me my car's status overview? A confusing layout with so many pointless menus and pages where it should just be a simple overview app of my car. Honestly this app just gets worse and worse with each new iteration and is now completely pointless. Mercedes need to get a grip on this.
