Pretty good compared to competition. But large room for improvement. Three examples. Current inside vehicle temp is not visible. Preconditioning the battery while plugged in not possible. App does not tell you which service type (A or B) to order. Additionally, key features require subscription payment.

Good app, but I can't find a simple Stop Charging button. One can set an interruption, but a stop charging button is very useful, especially if one is charging at home and want to stop for some reason, be it e.g. waiting for the soler panel production to come up, or while the washing machine and AC is running. The Tesla app has it and we often use it!

Utterly useless now. I pay for the Mercedes upgrades each year such as navigation, car location, ability to lock the car etc. However noticed that now half the added functionality is no longer activated. I click activate but nothing happens. Ive read online that Mercedes have stopped supporting these functionalities for cars older than 3 years. Why do they still take the money then? Going to get a refund. App as a consequence is rubbish
