It's okay but not the best banking app I've used. Constantly having to call because I always get an error on signing in. My ID and password do not change but I have to continue to call. Depositing checks never goes through the first time I have to try it repeatedly even though it tells me I was successful. And this app moves extremely slow to get through the entire process of what you need to be doing. The frustration it gives me seriously makes me want to move all my accounts to our other bank.

utterly horrible. tired of being asked every other time I log in to verify with a text instead of simply entering my password. now suddenly my password no longer works and the password reset option fails in the app. this app is GARBAGE. still unable to login. FIX YOUR ONLINE BANKING ISSUE!!!

Once in a while you need to call for security questions to be reset. It will ask random security questions you never used, and you are unable to use online if you don't get them reset. It seems to happen more often over the weekends after closing on Fridays. That seems to be when it happens to me. It is a little annoying. The associates you talk to when you have problems are very courteous and friendly on the phone. Josh was amazing this morning!
