About this app

The D-H Pharmacy application allows our customers to manage their prescriptions including request for prescription refills, refill by scanning your label, track refill status, find nearby stores to place a refill request and setup dosage reminders for helping with medication adherence. Bookmarking of stores, getting driving directions and managing doctor appointments are some of the additional features available. More features for this application will be available soon!

The app worked when I set it up last week and I ordered my first prescription. Now I can't log in. First it doesn't recognize my password, then when I reset, I'm told to enable push notifications. I checked and found that they are enabled. My session timed out while I was sorting the notifications, but now my new password is no longer recognized.

Been trying to get into this app for months. There's some glitch that the tech couldn't figure out so he said she'd pass it to the developers and email me a reference number. So email came through (I check spam multiple times). Called and emailed on several occasions. They call you back and leave a number for you to return their call just so you can leave ANOTHER message. also call as late at 830pm when you're not expecting a call from tech support so you're not paying attention to your phone.

If you like spinning wheels trying to connect, this app is awesome. If you want to actually refill prescriptions just call them in and save the hassle. Doesn't work for me. 😒
