Ratings and reviews

It doesn't work flawlessly. - I'm on Android 16, & the app writes under both the top and bottom phone icons on my screen. it did not do this on my older version of the app on an older phone. It needs to stay properly sized. - App has no notifications for prescriptions. I had to call my local pharmacy to set up texting. - When a medication has no refills, the app allows for requests, but has no way to show the status that it has been requested, but Ingles hasn't received info back yet.

I never know if this app will be working correctly or not. My latest experience was this morning when a scrip my physician sent in yesterday did not show up in the app. I had to call the medical practice again to make sure it had been sent and then call Ingles to find out if they had received it. Not only had they, but it was ready for pickup. However, it still does not show up in the app. The app is good in theory and terrible in practice. The Ingles customer svc number never answers.

This app was great until they just updated. I have installed and uninstalled this app 4 times and Still can not get it to open at all. It looks like it is going to open then nothing. Extremely frustrated. I have even restarted my phone a few times. Nope. Nothing helps. Not sure what to do because every time I download this "updated" version I get nothing. Blank. VERY ANGRY! Would like someone to help!!!
