I never know if this app will be working correctly or not. My latest experience was this morning when a scrip my physician sent in yesterday did not show up in the app. I had to call the medical practice again to make sure it had been sent and then call Ingles to find out if they had received it. Not only had they, but it was ready for pickup. However, it still does not show up in the app. The app is good in theory and terrible in practice. The Ingles customer svc number never answers.

After the update it didn't work at all then there was another update that seemed to make it work and I was able to use it like twice now it's right back to the same thing it will not log me in keeps telling me my session has expired or just loading and will not log me in. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX! I loved this app it saved a lot of time refilling my family's meds because a lot of the times I can't get through when I call the pharmacy.

The app functions well overall, however it should not completely sign you out simply by leaving the app for even a few seconds. sometimes you need to leave to retrieve information relevant to something you are doing on the app. having to sign in again is absolutely ridiculous. I have 'remember me' enabled and it does absolutely nothing
