For the last few months I have not been able to access my account. Absolutely nothing happens when I try to log in. I have been unable to check my status and request refills. Also I've noticed that the size of the app has changed, the sides are cut off. Please fix the app or I may need to consider moving to a different pharmacy.

Today the app broke and only shows a white blank screen after attempting to initialize. Despite clearing cache, data, and reinstalling once, it does not work and I can no longer check my meds on it. 05/28/2025 App works as intended, very accessible to individuals who can't easily make phone calls/verbally speak.

The app takes up the full screen including the top of my phone where my time and phone statuses are located. This makes it very difficult to access the apps menu options.
