4/21 update. Issue fixed, now working properly. Revising rating to 4 stars. Works well, easy to use, but lacks some features of the web version, and other pharmacy apps. Original review: App stopped working - does not load account information. Processing times out with "something went wrong" message after trying to access account info. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, issue persists. Please fix.

slow to load but makes getting my meds a lot easier, no guessing if the dr sent or if its ready or using thr annoying automated phone refill and screwing up the numbers. Even slower to log in, changed the way the meds are listed and hides some for whatever reason then i need to go search for them. And yes i have it so outdates arent hidden. Great ideas, bad follow-through

very glitchy doesn't work more often then not, doesn't recognize email, doesn't recognize biometrics, deleted scripts ....... if you submit a ticket to fix problem they just say it's fixed without fixing it 🤙🏻 have t been able to refill prescriptions for several months and of you call you need the script #...... which you don't have because you can't see your account.
