4/21 update. Issue fixed, now working properly. Revising rating to 4 stars. Works well, easy to use, but lacks some features of the web version, and other pharmacy apps. Original review: App stopped working - does not load account information. Processing times out with "something went wrong" message after trying to access account info. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, issue persists. Please fix.

Love this app, when it works! This app is great, easy to use, and convenient. I would rate it at least 2 stars higher if it was for the fact that it won't let you login to do refills. It use to be an every once in a while issue. Now, I haven't been able to check on my 'scripts for more than a month now. Please fix, and I'll give it the stars it deserves.

This app totally sucks every time I try to sign in it won't work I have to restart my phone or restart my internet for it to even go through and this is ridiculous. You say that this is an easy and convenient way to get medications prescribed or refilled, but I should not have to constantly go through this every single day just to look at my medications and see what needs to be ordered and what doesn't. It's even giving me a hard time on the actual website to log in You need to fix this ASAP!
