I like it overall, but there are some bugs that need to be addressed. One is the auto fill is pretty unreliable. Sometimes it'll show up but when the login is selected, nothing is filled in. The main problem and the impetus for this review, is this is now the second time I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it forgot literally my entire account. After panicking the first time, I discovered it was only the app and not my account, same for this time. But it's extremely inconvenient

I recently noticed that new passwords saved on my phone do not sync over to my laptop like it did in the past. Syncing across multiple platforms is the main reason I decide to use a paid password manager instead of a free one. I don't recall this happening once during my first year when I had the Premium plan. I downgraded to the Advanced plan and now I'm having issues? Probably a coincidence, but I don't see myself renewing my subscription once this one ends unfortunately.

After many years of using Dashlane, I recently finally switched (to Proton pass, which is so much better). There are too many issues with Dashlane's mobile app and Chrome extension, and I finally decided to give up due to the extreme performance issues. I probably won't ever be back, but I am thankful for having Dashlane over the years and for getting my into a password manager in the first place.
