About this app

La Mia Banca is the official app of the Deutsche Bank Italia Group dedicated to account holders and holders of db contocarta, to manage their accounts and easily carry out transactions via smartphone. To log in, use the Deutsche Bank credentials (email and password) and the token you have chosen.
Main features:
• check on your position and your investments
• carry out credit and account transfers (ordinary, tax relief, periodic, international and of significant amounts)
• manage all your payments (CBILL PagoPA, vehicle tax, F24 tax forms, MAV, RAV, collection orders falling due, ""Freccia"" payment slips, SDD domiciliations and mobile phone top-ups)
• monitor your investment portfolio and trade securities
• check on the payments made using your credit card and, if you have a db card world debit card, you can easily activate and deactivate it using your smartphone
• view communications from the Bank and your documents.
You can customise your login screen on the app with the features you use the most and set up the night mode. To access La Mia Banca, you must have activated the Deutsche Bank Online and Mobile Banking service. To sign up for the service, contact your branch or your financial advisor.

Since the update it has become exceptionally slow to load the pages, the font size is ridiculously small and I haven't been able to increase it, looking for the info I need is complex. Just terrible! It is not just minor bug fixes, it is a complete overhaul of the app.

Looks like the last update was developed by people not using the app (or any other banking apps for what it matters)... The layout is louzy and difficult to navigate moreover they removed the detailed information about your payments: now you can just observe you made a payment but can't know anymore to whom the payment was made or at which exact date and time. I would say it's ridiculous but it is actually frustrating (if it's your bank and if you would like to monitor your transactions)...

the application is old and slow. Expenses are updated after days while should be immediate as well as any expense alert. Time to time your credentials are deleted and you have to update them again. the definition "interactive" is totally inappropriate.
