Totally disgusting Mobile banking app. I tried to recover my account for more than a month but it shows invalid. Heck. Kindly test your product before release. And one more thing my account isn't empty. Either fix the issue or close the product.

"This is an absolutely terrible app. It's been an hour and I still can't create an account. The service is horrible. I'm doing this on a brand new phone. Now I feel like smashing the phone. Even if I want to enter the OTP, I can't send any messages, and their app doesn't even show the keyboard so I can type it. I've been stuck like this for so long. I never had to go through this much hassle with bKash or Nagad. This app is just terrible."

Very bad service, when using add money from credit card. It's loading time never ends. 😭
