Very difficult to navigate because there are too many options and choices within each option.

The Scan and Pay feature was working well, but just now I tried using a saved qr code from Wise from Photo Library. The app didn't recognise it. But I could send the same image to my wife's phone, then use the camera in the app to scan the code and make the payment. So the QR recognition library for uploaded images is not working.

This app used to be one of the better apps I have used say may be 2 to 3 years back. Now, this app has become too bloated (slow to load) and slow response user interface. Recently, I have even experienced a couple of instances crashing right after processing a simple bank transfer operation. I believe the app is not exactly stable and tries to do too many things.
