Terrible experience with this app the moment they introduced digi token. After I registered for digi token, immediately couldn't login ibanking anymore. It kept giving me an error msg saying system is down. So frustrating. Besides, I carry more than 1 phone. With physical token, I can ibank using any of my phones. However, the new digi token doesn't support that. I believe I'm not the only customer who carries more than 1 hp. Unable to printscreen anymore also not user-friendly.

The personalisation of finger print login and peek account stopped working after I upgrade to Android 10 on my pixel 3 xl. The personalisation changes couldn't be saved. And the digital token stopped working too. There must be some incompatibilities with Android 10 OS. And the app hasn't been updated for a month. Please fix this issue and release a new build. A premium app for treasures customer should not have this crappy quality.

2025 - still 1 star Wanted to transfer to friend's Duitnow (per MAS announcement) but DBS doesn't allow transfer by phone number (unlike UOB). DBS still requires recipient account number, etc like a normal old-style international bank transfer. 2023 - one star Asked me to "register my new mobile" to PayNow (even though it is my same mobile and I used it to PayNow 3 days ago). Clicked registration but hung a long time and I cancelled because I'm worried it it a scam. A BAD AND SCARY EXPERIENCE
