Note 2: Due to adjustments to the point system, please be sure to fully update to 7.7.058 to correctly display your redemption point records. Note 3: Effective immediately, cardholders logging into our company accounts are restricted to "binding each ID card to a single mobile phone number and a single mobile device" to ensure personal information security.
Note 4: Some task features require the installation of Google Health Connect, syncing your steps from the fitness app to Google Health Connect, and then authorizing the HAPPY GO app. Therefore, please download and install Google Health Connect and complete the authorization process before participating in tasks.
Note 5: Cardholders using Android 9 or 10 must update to the latest version (7.7.058) to fully utilize their DOCOMO cards.
