Requires a permanent Internet connection. It does not store its data locally, but instead relies on the cloud for literally everything. I also have to reconnect my scale (a pretty tedious process) every time my phone reboots. And since about a week or so, it gives me an error every time I weigh myself, despite showing my correct weight in the app afterwards. I also lost all my historical data in the app. I'm sure it's still stored in the cloud, I just can't see it in the app.

You're right, we don't have local storage for the scale's data, only for the watches as the data are bigger.
About this display problem, can you delog from the app and relog ? We've done a modification on our database and apparently some users can face this problem.

Was able to open this app exactly once. Now it crashes every time I try to open it again. I barely get a welcome screen! Useless, and what a waste of money for the watch, which is now just a super expensive pedometer. Update: It has been one week since I wrote to Decathlon's customer service as instructed by their response below. I have yet to hear back from them. Clearly the team monitoring their reviews is faster and more competent than their helpdesk. The watch still works fine - but without connecting it to the app, what's the point? It's just a more expensive pedometer. STILL A WASTE OF MONEY.

Terrible experience. More than 2 hours just to be able to download. Still, not yet logged in. The App doesn't work. It open a pop up to put your data, but when you submit, it brings you back to the original page in the app. The api page seems to not work. Amateur. Terrible experience. (Before you question my phone or internet, although very slow, the decathlon app worked as well as all other apps on my mobile) The problem is this Decathlon connect app. IT DOESN'T WORK.
