very bad experience I have applied for the deel card and paid for the card and shipping as well but still not received my card and there's no update from deel. worst part is they don't have direct email address where customers can reach. they only have AI chat service. very bad experience. I will never recommend Deel service to anyone.

Terribly slow app, poor interface, impossible to get in touch with a real person when there's an issue, and BEST OF ALL: you never know if your payroll payments will post early, late, or not at all! If your employees like being paid on payday you're not going to want to use this company. Don't believe me? Search for "Deel lawsuits" & "Deel money laundering" You've been warned!

Poor. There are delays while typing a message, scrolling, going into a specific section. It takes more than 3 minutes before a section is opened. I need assistance but I can't get anything because it's tremendously S L O W. It's been more than a week trying to get assistance, but I can't always send a message because the send button keeps on loading!!!! I wish I could give negative stars.
