Ratings and reviews

I've been a courier for over a month now. Love it but the app sometimes shows a delivery notification then disappears on me and shows no delivery notification. It's a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. Also it would be a plus if I can see what the customer ordered, that way I can make sure the whole order is there and nothing is missing. Also when people leave feedback I'd like to see WHO made the feedback. That way I know which customers left feedback so I can thank them.

From the number of similar complaints, I'd say you're going to lose half your couriers if you don't fix this app. Had one perfect shift. Second shift, connection issues despite 5 bars of service, "changes have been made to your current order" pop-ups despite not being offered a single order in the whole shift. Restart/reinstall fixed nothing. Support giving me canned answers that have nothing to do with the problem. Gota imagine customers are experiencing longer waits because of this too.

Don't work for these crooks. DoorDash is WAAY BETTER! Laggy app rarely opens up. Keeps getting stuck on 'Checking for updates' screen, resulting in courriers losing their shifts. Even if you're able to login in, you rarely get good orders (skip gives you orders that you have to drive 17-21kms for just $6.50-$7.29). Their support is the worst I've ever seen.
