Ratings and reviews

It mostly works, but the UI can be confusing. It shows you a discount offer, you click on the link to aee who is participating, make an order and it doesn't even give an option to apply the discount. Also, it's frustrating when the place you ordered from made a mistake. You have to apply for a refund and make a new order and hipe they get it right the second time. You pay twice and have to complain for your refund. This happens way too often.

40% price increase and no warning! Paying for a plan so you get free delivery every month sounded like a good deal, well it was at the time now in the space of 1 day 30 ! Yes 30 restaurants that were included in the deal. are no longer free you only get £1 off delivery as part of the deal and they still charge you for the same amount for the plan. Don't think I will be using the service again, used to be a very good company but are now very greedy.

Good when it works, but absolutely atrocious customer service when it doesn't (which seems fairly common in less busy areas like mine). The order status in the app and what customer service agents tell you is inconsistent, rapidly changeable (status going backwards as well as forwards, claiming to call the restaurant etc) and not credible. Not worth the hassle.
