this is the worst parcel delivery app i have used. the delivery boy took 2.5 hours to deliver the package for a distance that takes 40-50 mins. the delivery boy was extremely drunk and kept giving new excuses every time we asked where he was(he didn't even pickup the call atleast 7-8 times). the delivery person was rude and kept asking for more money.

As you can see I have given them 5 star rating, reason being they responded and resolved my issue very quickly, not once but twice since I am using this app, keep it up guys👍

Worse service There is no proper tracking system. The pickup staff are not synchronized with rheir system. No GPS tracking, the person who is supposed to come for pickup is not the same.
