Ratings and reviews

Worse service, no comments on time schedule. There is no proper tracking system. The pickup staff are not synchronized with their system. No GPS tracking, the person who is supposed to come for pickup is not the same.

Took my money and did not deliver Parcel. Been 3 weeks still no refund. Bunch of scammers don't use this app.

Very poorly managed. Their riders operate at their own will. They would call up customers over and over again, request to cancel order and then the company would charge you for it. There is no customer support phone number you can call on. Their in-app support is virtually non-existent. Incorrect messaging on the app - when the courier bot reached the pickup location, at the same time the app started showing that the courier is waiting at delivery location (which is over 40kms away). DO NOT USE!
